Dead Air on unicast MOH
So, you have uploaded a new MOH file as advised by your management, but after that we get no sound on MOH.
Here are my suggestions to bust your stress. :)
As the issue suggests, the first thing to look at is MOH source, which is CM in our scenario.
1. Make sure that you have uploaded MOH file on all IPVMSA servers.
The MOH file format has to be .wav
2. Navigate Media Resources > Music on hold Audio Source, make sure that the loaded file is associated to a source number.
3. Provide the source ID either on phone configuration or in service parameters.
4. Reset IPVMSA service.
If you have followed these steps religiously, trust me your issue will be resolved.
